We produce gaskets and precise cut-outs using CNC cuting machines: ATOM FLASHCUT. Based on the technical drawings, we are able to produce any flat cut-out from our materials up to the size of 1550 x 3050 mm.

The machine can cut various types of gaskets without the need to produce a seal mold. It is used for the production of gaskets of extra-standard or non-standard dimensions, various shapes, at the same time it is used for cutting various materials according to customer requirements.

Profile scener

This service also includes a profile scanner connected to a PC that scans the gasket sample supplied by the customer. It uses the latest photography technology to record the circumference, notches, holes and other parts of the gasket placed on the pad.

Production of flat gaskets: Basis

The basis for production is technical drawing in either dxf or dwg format provided by the customer. Alternatively, we can create the documentation based on a provided sample or detailed drawing. When delivering a sample, we use a profile scanner that scans the sample and generates an electronic version of the gasket drawing, which is then processed by a technician. The result is a drawing in DXF format. For simple gaskets, we are able to have the drawing produced by our technician and then have it approved by you.
